Maya Blake survived a Lycanthropy Outbreak as it changed the world.  She survived a werewolf attack that changed her and her sister even more drastically.  Now gifted with intimate psychic visions, Maya is on the run from a government that wants to keep her locked in a research hospital, a government who would like nothing better than to use her to capture her sister, a full-fledged werewolf.
